Cancellation Policy

Scheduling of Private Lessons is the responsibility of the participant via the booking calendar that is provided. No extensions of expiration dates will be provided. Private lessons included in 2 Month Pass that are not scheduled by the participant by the end of the second month will be forfeited. Private lessons may be rescheduled up to one time by the participant. Participant must provide written notice to the instructor at least 24 hours before the original start time in order to be eligible. Rescheduled lesson must still take place before any applicable expiration date. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from CRM Dance LLC. CRM Dance LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson for any reason including venue concerns or instructor illness. In such an event, advance notice will be provided whenever possible and participants will receive a credit to be applied towards a future lesson. Credit must be utilized within 60 days or will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled by the participant. No refunds will be provided.
