Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Private lessons may be rescheduled up to one time by the participant. Participant must provide instructor with at least 24 hours notice of the original start time in order to be eligible. Rescheduled lesson must still take place within the same time frame of 2 Month Pass if part of such a pass. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from CRM Dance LLC. CRM Dance LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson for any reason including venue concerns or instructor illness. In such an event, advance notice will be provided whenever possible and participants will receive a credit to be applied towards a future lesson. Credit must be utilized within 60 days or will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled more than one time by the participant. Refund Policy No refunds will be provided. Contact us at info@crmdance.com at least 24 hours before the lesson begins if you are unable to attend in order to be eligible for a credit towards a future lesson. Lessons paid for via Venmo and Zelle are subject to the same terms and conditions listed here. Payment (including via Zelle/Venmo/cash) must be received prior to the start of class.
